Ingredients
1 cup refried beans
¼ cup teaspoon taco sauce or salsa
1/3 cup low-fat, grated cheddar cheese
Directions
1. Place beans in bowl
2. Stir in taco sauce
3. Stir in cheese
4. Heat in microwave for 1 minute or until cheese melts
5. Eat with whole grain crackers, carrots and/or celery
